On October 29, 2005, ValLimar and Frank Jansen presented a wonderful workshop entitled "You Gotta Move; Spirituality and the Arts." This dedicated couple used their vocal and musical talents to bring people together in such a way that they touched the deepest part of their spiritual selves. The workshop presented many practical ideas for those involved in liturgical ministry along with a heavy dose of spiritual enrichment. Many people commented on how this workshop became a life-transforming experience.
